Yoga Ryoho Yoga is a Japanese style of yoga. It is a dynamic form of yoga therapy that integrates traditional hatha yoga with the meridian based healing art of Japanese yoga.
During a class you will learn an exercise that directly relates to your vertebrae. Each of those vertebrae have a connection with a different organ or gland within your body. This yoga is also seasonally based.
Winter – kidney bladder
Spring – liver gall bladder
Summer – heart small intestine
Second summer (march) – spleen stomach
Autumn – lung large intestine
These are the organs that are affected this time of year.
